Shipping FAQs ...

** How much do you charge for shipping?
----- We charge for shipping according to the rates provided to us by the USPS. Rates are based on destination and the services chosen and are provided during checkout.

 

** Where will you ship? Will you ship to Denmark or Japan or Singapore?
----- We will ship ANYWHERE in the world!

 

** I live in the US. How long will shipping take?
----- After you allow 5-7 days for us to custom create your order, you must also allow time for shipping. Shipping time averages anywhere from 3-5 days, but can take longer during the holiday seasons. For faster shipping, you can upgrade your shipping to have your package sent either Priority Mail or Express for the standard USPS rates.

 

** I live outside of the US. How long will shipping take?
----- Shipping times outside of the United States vary greatly. On average, boards will arrive 8-15 days. In some instances, orders may be slowed by customs and can take three weeks or so to arrive. In other cases, boards ship quickly and can arrive in as early as 5 working days. For faster shipping, you can upgrade your shipping to have your package sent either Priority Mail or Express International for the standard USPS rates.

 

Note: We have found that shipping times to Italy, on average, does take longer than shipping to other European countries. Our average ship time right now is about 3-4 weeks. If you order from Italy, please be patient.

 

Note: We have found that shipping times to New Zealand, on average, does take longer than shipping to other countries. Our average ship time right now is about 3-4 weeks. If you order from New Zealand, please be patient.

 

Note: We have found that shipping to some parts of Canada takes longer than shipping to other parts of the world. Please allow 3 weeks (on average) for your Canadian order to arrive.

 

** Who provides your shipping services?
----- We use the United States Postal Service for all of our shipping needs.

 

** I want my product FASTER than your standard. What do I need to do?
----- For faster shipping, you can upgrade your shipping to have your package sent either Priority Mail or Express for the standard USPS rates. You choose this option during the 'Checkout' process in our web store.

 

Returns ...

Prowood Fingerboards guarantees our boards against defect in workmanship. We take the up-most pride in our boards and if you have a problem with your board, please return the board for a replacement.

** I live outside the US and my shipping is taking too long. What do I do?
----- We ship all packages according to the laws and procedures we are provided by the USPS and comply with all noted procedures, customs and regulations.

However, your package may be held at the discretion of your country's postal service and may require postal inspection or other. This may result in a delay. NOTE: We have no control over such actions and cannot be held accountable for delays or other issues you may have with your package via your OWN country's postal services. All issues will need to be addressed with your own postal service.

** I live outside the US and I was told by the postal service that I must pay additional fees. What do I do?
----- We ship all packages according to the laws and procedures we are provided by the USPS and comply with all noted procedures, customs and regulations.

However, your package may be held at the discretion of your country's postal service and may require postal inspection or other. This may result in a delay, additional fees or other. NOTE: We have no control over such actions and cannot be held accountable for delays or other issues you may have with your package via your OWN country's postal services.
